Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.

Shipping throughout New Zealand is via tracked mail and normally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

For rural deliveries, there's an extra cost of $3.50 on top of the standard postage fee and shipping can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.

An email will be sent with your tracking number once your item/s have been dispatched.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please choose item/s carefully before making a purchase. We do not offer return or exchange for change of mind. ​

 

We will accept product returns within 7 days of purchase and/or receipt of your order date and provide you with a refund or exchange where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or

  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

  • The product does not match the sample or our description;

  • You can present your LittleBitz receipt or other adequate proof of purchase and

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Any refunds will be made in the original method of payment, excluding delivery costs. ​

Post: ​

 

If you're returning the goods by post please note:

 

You are required to pay any postage costs back to us, however we will ship back your exchange item free of charge! It may take up to ten(10) working days for your parcel to reach us. Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel so that goods are not damaged in transit (we will not be able to accept goods that have been damaged, goods need to be in original and re-sellable condition). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as NZ Post will need this for inspection. Please contact us for further instructions.

 

BACKORDERS

As we are a small business, occasionally our stock level information is incorrect; we try our best to ensure this is as accurate as possible. If an item is temporarily out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified, if an item on backorder cannot be sourced within 5 working days we will refund you for that item.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. If your items have already been sent then your order can no longer be cancelled. If item/s is returned in it's original packaging within 10 business days a refund will be processed less the shipping fee (if any).
